PREAMBLE

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale define the terms and conditions applicable to sales made between the seller, INOLEDS, a brand owned by the company OUI SMART, and the buyer.

These GTC govern the order, payment, delivery, after-sales service, and return procedures.
Any order placed on the site implies full and complete acceptance of these conditions.
OUI SMART may modify the GTC at any time; the applicable version is the one published on https://www.inoleds.com/ at the time of the order.

ARTICLE 1: THE CUSTOMER

The customer declares to be an adult individual (18 years or older) with the legal capacity to place an order.
The customer undertakes to provide accurate information when creating an account or placing an order.
In case of an incorrect address making delivery impossible, INOLEDS cannot be held responsible.

ARTICLE 2: THE PRODUCTS

The products offered are those described on the website https://www.inoleds.com/.
INOLEDS strives to provide the most accurate descriptions and visuals possible; however, photographs are indicative and may differ slightly from the actual product.

Technical specifications are based on information provided by the manufacturers.
Any error or omission reported by a customer will be corrected as soon as possible.

In case of a confirmed non-conformity, the customer may:

• exercise their right of withdrawal, or

   

• invoke the legal guarantee of conformity, allowing for an exchange or a refund.

   

ARTICLE 3: PRICES AND IMPORTATION

Prices displayed on the site are indicated in euros, All Taxes Included (TTC).

Any potential customs duties, local VAT, or import fees in the customer’s country remain the buyer’s responsibility (except for France where products are already cleared through customs).
Delivery charges, if applicable, are clearly indicated before payment validation.

Applicable prices are those in effect at the time of the order.
Once the order is confirmed, the price cannot be modified.

ARTICLE 4: THE ORDER

The order follows a multi-step process allowing the customer to verify and correct their information before final validation.
Any order validation constitutes acceptance of these GTC.

In case of temporary unavailability of a product, the customer will be notified by email.
In case of definitive unavailability, a full refund will be issued within a maximum of 30 days.

INOLEDS may suspend an order in case of:

• payment default,

   

• incorrect address,

   

• suspicious order,

   

• or ongoing dispute.

   

Electronic exchanges and internal records serve as proof between the parties.

Any order modification must be requested before the shipping label is generated.

ARTICLE 5: PAYMENT

Payment is required in full at the time of the order.

Payments are made via secure payment solutions (Stripe, PayPal, Payplug).

Payment in 3 or 4 installments via Oney Bank

Available according to the terms displayed during the checkout process.
The customer must meet the eligibility criteria of the service.
Oney Bank remains the sole authority regarding the acceptance or refusal of the financing.

ARTICLE 6: DELIVERY

Delivery is made to the delivery address provided by the customer.
INOLEDS makes every effort to meet the communicated delivery times, which remain indicative.

Customs duties and any formalities in the customer’s country are the buyer’s responsibility.

The customer must check the condition of the package upon receipt:

• If the package is damaged or opened, it must be refused.

   

• Specific reservations must be made with the carrier.

   

In case of loss confirmed by the carrier, INOLEDS will send a replacement product free of charge.

If a package is returned to INOLEDS due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipment costs will be charged to the customer.

ARTICLE 7: RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND REFUND (30 days)

The customer has a period of thirty days (30 days) from the receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal.

The product must be returned:

• new,

   

• unused,

   

• in its original packaging,

   

• accompanied by the order number.

   

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

The refund will be processed within a maximum of 30 days after receipt and inspection of the returned product.
It will be made using the same payment method as the one used for the order.

ARTICLE 8: APPLICABLE LAW

These GTC are governed by French law.
In case of a dispute, the competent court will be that of the jurisdiction of the registered office of OUI SMART, unless otherwise required by law.
The customer is invited to seek an amicable solution before any legal proceedings.

ARTICLE 9: PERSONAL DATA

Personal data collected is used exclusively for:

• order management,

   

• customer relations,

   

• delivery tracking.

   

It is confidential and is never resold.
The customer has the right to access, rectify, and delete their data by contacting INOLEDS via the contact form or by email.

ARTICLE 10: LIABILITY

INOLEDS undertakes to implement all necessary means to ensure access to the site and the proper processing of orders.
It cannot be held responsible for interruptions, external intrusions, or errors due to the Internet network.

ARTICLE 11: INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All elements of the INOLEDS site (images, texts, content, logos, structure) are protected and remain the exclusive property of OUI SMART.
Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use is strictly prohibited.

ARTICLE 12: WARRANTIES

Products benefit from applicable legal warranties (conformity and hidden defects).
A product recognized as defective after expert assessment may be exchanged; a contribution to shipping costs may be requested.

INOLEDS’s liability cannot exceed the amount paid by the customer for the product in question.
