No, you can order as a guest. However, creating an account offers several advantages:

Yes, INOLEDS ensures the security of your payments. Your information is encrypted and sent directly to our credit card provider. It is not stored on our servers.
We may accept or refuse an order at our discretion. If an order is cancelled after card authorization, we will credit the original payment method. A cancellation fee of €1.00 applies, and orders that have been packaged or shipped cannot be cancelled.
No, the delivery address cannot be changed after processing or shipment. Please ensure you enter the correct address before finalizing your order.
The delivery time depends on the chosen option:
- Processing: 1 to 3 business days.
- Shipping: 1 to 5 business days after processing.
- Delivery: 2 to 4 weeks depending on shipping.

Shipping
We process orders Monday through Friday, with a processing time of 2 to 8 business days. Orders are shipped the day after processing. Please note that we do not ship on weekends and that additional delays may apply during holidays and sales periods.

Your order will be shipped via secure road transport. You will be able to track your package at any time and receive it within 2 to 4 weeks.
Return
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 60 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and the reason for the return. Our customer service team will review your request and send you further instructions if the return is approved. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
All return shipping costs and other miscellaneous fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Contact us within 7 days of receipt if you received incorrect, missing, or defective items. Send us your order number, photos of the affected items, and any relevant references. We will do our best to resolve the issue quickly.
Returns can take up to 14 business days to process after receipt. We will send you an email to confirm that your return has been processed.
