Refund and Returns Policy
Return Period – 30 Days
You have 30 days from the receipt of your order to return a product to us, for any reason (change of mind, item not suitable, etc.), without having to provide a justification.
Return Conditions
To be accepted, the returned product must be:
- Unused and in perfect condition
- Complete with all its accessories
- In its original, intact packaging
- Accompanied by your order number
Used, damaged, or incomplete products cannot be refunded.
Return Shipping Costs
The return shipping costs are your responsibility, except in the case of a defective or non-conforming product (see section below). You are responsible for shipping the package to the address we will provide you.
How to Make a Return
- Contact our customer service at hello@inoleds.com, indicating your order number and the reason for the return.
- We will send you the return address and detailed instructions by email within 48 hours.
- Carefully pack the product in its original packaging.
- Ship the package to the provided address using the carrier of your choice.
- Keep your proof of shipment until you receive the refund.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected by our team, we will proceed with the refund within a maximum of 30 days. The amount will be credited using the same payment method as the one used for your order.
Defective or Non-Conforming Products
If you receive a defective, damaged, or non-conforming product:
- Contact us within 72 hours of delivery at hello@inoleds.com.
- Provide the following: a description of the issue, photos or a video of the defect, and your order number.
- Return shipping costs are covered by INOLEDS in this case.
- We will offer you a replacement or a full refund depending on the situation.
