Delivery and Returns

Shipping

All our products are in stock in our warehouse in France (we own and create our products, our brand, and our supply chain). Your order is processed Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Order preparation time is 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday), and delivery time varies between 24 and 72 additional hours depending on the service chosen (please note that delivery to a Mondial Relay pickup point may take one day longer than other delivery services). Delivery times may be affected during school holidays and peak periods.

Shipping costs vary depending on the number of units you order. Shipping costs are displayed when you proceed to checkout.

Packages are delivered against signature. If you are not present at the time of delivery, you can reschedule a new delivery or pick up the package at the pickup point of your choice (usually the one closest to your delivery address).

You will receive an email as soon as your order is shipped. In this email, you will find a tracking number, also called a “tracking” number, which will allow you to follow the progress of your package to your home.

You can also find your tracking number in the shipping confirmation email or directly in your customer account on our website www.inoleds.com.

We deliver throughout Europe except for England (due to Brexit, which has greatly complicated the free movement of goods). If you still wish to obtain an INOLEDS™ product, please contact us at hello@inoleds.com and explain your situation 🙂

No worries! If you’re not home for the delivery, (depending on the shipping company) the carrier will leave a delivery notice in your mailbox. You can then choose to reschedule the delivery or pick up the package at the center of your choice (usually the one closest to your delivery address). You may also be notified by text message or email before delivery so you can choose a date that suits you.

Only our Swiss customers and customers from countries outside Europe are potentially subject to import duties. Our shipments include an invoice that will be used by the relevant customs offices to calculate the applicable local tax. These additional charges are not included in the price displayed on the website and are not imposed by our company, but rather by your country. If you are required to pay these charges, they will be your responsibility.

We would be very sorry if you received an incorrect item. Please contact our customer service department as soon as possible and send us a photo of the packaging/label on the box you received. We will do everything we can to find a solution for you as quickly as possible.

Return

We would be sad about this decision 🙁, but all you need to do is contact our team at hello@inoleds.com.

If the return is due to a defective product, we will cover the return shipping costs. If you are returning the product simply because you changed your mind, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Please note that you must return the item within 30 days of receiving your order.

Send your return request by email to hello@inoleds.com. We’ll give you the steps to follow 😉 Once your product has been returned and received by our team, we will refund you after verifying the condition of the product.

We do not offer exchanges for logistical and hygiene reasons; you will be refunded for the order in question and you will need to place another order.

You have 30 days from receipt of your order to return your INOLEDS™ to us.

Of course! Our products are guaranteed for 2 years against any manufacturing or material defects, under normal use. The guarantee takes effect from the day of delivery. However, the guarantee will not apply if the problem results from abnormal use, incorrect or intentionally damaging handling of the product, or normal wear and tear.
